How co-ownership is structured

Firstly, we ask that you register your interest in co-ownership offered by Fractional Solutions using the form on the right. No personal details are required, just a contact email. The form allows us to match your requirements with others and offer you a choice of vessels available for fractional ownership.

Once we have two, three or four committed owners we will complete the formation of the Special Purpose Vehicle, SPV, which will hold the designated asset for you. Your share of the SPV can be held in your own name, by a family member, an existing company or Trust, or by another SPV which you own or create.

We can provide considerable Tax and Fiscal advice through our network of professional advisers. We are not authorised to offer such advice - our business is managing superyachts!

Shares in your SPV can be bought or sold at any time and Fractional Solutions will act as the intermediary to introduce potential purchasers if required whilst ensuring that all the necessary ownership details are maintained and properly executed.
