FAQ's.......

How long is it before a vessel is available in co-ownership? Typically, three months from registering, longest about six months.

How do you find a specific vessel? Through our world-wide contacts with brokers, charter agents and, these days, finance houses.

Can we get to inspect the vessel before purchase? No. Usually, clients will rely on our detailed reports, survey and photographs.

How do we know it's purchased at a good price? You can do your own searches to compare prices. The rest is based on trust.

Who holds the monies for the shares? Our solicitors in their Client Account. It's only released when a Bill of Sale is completed.

When we own the vessel do we have to use Fractional Solutions? No, but you would then have to manage and run the vessel.

What if something happens to Fractional Solutions? You and the co-owners have absolute Title to the vessel once it's purchased.

Can I borrow to finance my quarter share? Yes, but the vessel cannot be used as security or charged in any way.

Can I resell my quarter share? Yes, any time but Fractional Solutions would ensure the Title and Registry reflect a new co-owner.
